Vegetarian spring rolls are my family and friends favorite, crispy and serve with lighly spicy homemade peanut sauce.
Ingredients :
- spring roll pastry/ skin 25 sheet spring rolls skin
- half of medium size cabbage and 1 large carrot
shredded ( see a picture bellow )
- 8 oz rice noodle or bean thread noodles
(soak in the warm water for about 7 minutes or until soft)
- half of onion ( chopped )
- 3 clove of garlic chopped
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 cube vegetable bouillon
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg for glue
- vegetable oil for fry
fill the spring roll skin with rice noodles mixture about 2 Tablespoon spring,roll it diagonal and glue with egg whites |
